The personal information I process is provided to me directly by you for the following reasons:
• To enable me to contact you regarding meetings and your ceremony.
• To enable me to personalise your ceremony.
I will not share this information with any other organisation or individual unless you specifically request me to do so.
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the lawful bases I rely on for processing this information are:
Your consent. You are able to remove your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting Ann Foley.
How I store your personal information
Your information is securely stored on a password protected electronic device and in a locked cupboard.
I will dispose of this information after the ceremony by shredding all paperwork and deleting computer data, unless you agree that it should be kept for future ceremonies.

2. Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask me to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask me to complete information you think is incomplete.
